my son born age 2.700kg now his age 45days and now his weight 3.400kg is it good!

feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed. mother should have protein rich food.

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
