Are you giving a lot of screen time to the child whether it is TV or mobile because sometimes too much of screen time can actually lead to dryness in the eyes and which is why this kind of blinking can happen otherwise it could be due to some dirt accumulated or irritation into the eyes and clean the eyes with cold water still things are not better than you need to consult your doctor for
