is there any other discomfort like frequent stomach pain , irritability , low weight gain ,low apetite etc ?
if yes then please visit your pediatrician .
give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more which will help to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
keep your child well hydrated
