My son always eats elachi all the day like one Elachi in 4 parts but eats 10 times in a day.Aise khane mein koi problem toh ni ha like he goes to washroom frequently and some times doesn’t like to eat his food

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom waise it’s not very harmful and he has to learn to limit , as anything in excess is not ideal , Limit it and keep it out of reach and try to explain him about it
