my son Akshat (2.5yrs)has severe itching in his gums plz suggest some remedies or medicine.

Massage the gums of your child with honey and then you can give paracetamol if there is pain you should consult a dentist if you have an axis right now because if there is so much problem the doctor would be able to help you correctly with the medicine and treatment to follow
