the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese.
nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, dry fruits like raisins, dates.
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages, processed and packaged foods.
