my son age is 3yr 5m the problem is he may runs in playing time he gets a lot of sweat and and ayasam and in sleeping time he is crying for legs pain is it any immunity issue

Hello, your baby boy is 41 months old and hellis sweating a lot and sweating and blood Na,K,Chloride should be examined and sweating should be reduced and for leg cramps give him ORS before sleeping,he also needs calcium vitamin d3 for night legs cramps
