My son age is 2 yrs 3 months. His weight is 21kg. Is he overweight? And I am giving him pediasure, should I stop it as it can increase weight?

Yes Which I should have been somewhere on 12 to 13 KG of your child is 21 kgs then that is an ideal weight gain for a six-year-old child your child is definitely overweight on the obese side as of now so you don’t need to stop giving any of the things that you are giving to the child I think and you don’t need to work upon a diet that will help in reduction of the weight
