my son age 9 months old and around his mounth rashes are coming as per attached pic,so please suggest for medical treatment

Hello ma’am There is a picture attached to the query so I really I am unable to understand what kind of rashes are you talking about so would advise you to get it checked in person with your doctor as after knowing the reason behind it only the doctor can advise you with the right medication for the same
