My son Age 6 months 10 days is passing motion every 1/2 - 1 hour and after every feed (breast milk, top milk and semi solids) from last one week. Does he need any medication? He is also teething. Pls guide

It looks to be normal nothing to to worry about this but still for a confirmation you can take guidance with your your doctor regarding the the doubts and it's always good to clear the things properly this is called gastrocolic reflex this is normal
