Q.

my son age 3 years old 3 months 13.7 kg.. he having two idly with carrot sambar morning at 9 clock after that coconut water at 10.30, vegetable one bowl at 11.45, 1 clock curd rice... he sleep at 2 clock after he wake 3.45 and have one apple... then 6.30 one banana... 8 clock 2 idly or two dhosai.. daily routine... why not gaining weight... pls suggest

A. weight is good. continue with this schedule Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
