Q.

my son Age 2 years 9 months weight-10kg height-85cms can you suggest me how to improve height and weight, can you tell diet plan or drinks

A. seems fine. still start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child .

A. Hello The height of your child is quite appropriate it’s approximately 3 feet so I don’t think so you need to be worried about the height of the child but the way it is definitely quite less by the age of three years a child should be a minimum of 14 KG so you just have to work upon that by consulting on nutrition expert I think Dr would be able to give you better diet plan for the child
