my son age 2 years 2 months he can't speak and didn't identify mother... what happened is there any problem

The child is not speaking it is still okay but if the child is unable to identify the mother at the age of two years plus it’s not good you kids learn to recognise their mother from the age of 6 to 9 months itself and right now it’s quite a delay in the process
