Hello mom The child seems to be on the higher side on the weighing scale so preferably try to involve him in some sort of physical activity such as outdoor games or cycling or dance etc apart from that you may take care of the diet and avoid any kind of refined and packaged foods ,bakery items lot of sugary foods etc preferably give his small meals throughout the day
