A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your 1 year 3 months old baby, give a balanced diet having all the food groups now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit. avoid intake of junk and packet foods

A. good evening it seems to be fine as per the babies age but I would recommend you to try to give a healthy and balanced diet try to give three small meals and two snacks to the child along with milk throughout the day
