Q.

my son 6 year old has fever on 18 may 2026 for 12 days diagnosis is typhoid then again after 20 days fever for 4 days now yesterday he developed fever again high grade

A. hi. please keep a watch on his body temp give paracetamol syrup in right dose. can do tepid sponging too, to bring down high temp. if no improvement then visit your doctor
