my son 6 month 7 days will give boil apple

Actually you can give boiled apple if you want but mostly you should avoid steaming the fruits because when you steam them you actually kill all the nutrients in the fruits so I think it would be good if you give fruit regularly you can give it in the form of milkshake or something if you want
