My son 5months old and he is doing loose motions multiple times in a day we used econorm sachet but no use.

Teething maybe happening with your child and that is why your child is not getting proper with loose motions it still is there so ask your doctor if you can start giving any kind of antibiotics for the child that is what is going to be much helpful as of now
