My son 5 years old when he started cough than he vomiting is this allgery or any other problem please suggestion me

A. Sometime the cough can be seasonal and sometimes can be allergic reaction also but since we cannot be sure about it without a physical assessment which is why I would recommend you to kindly check with your doctor and they suggested allergy test then you should proceed with it
