my son 5 years old he is coughing every day morning and night please suggest

A. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdi /z nebulizer. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also. body cannotz sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving indirect steam inhalation. I used to give lemon juice for a few months when my child has same issues. Consult your doctor for advice. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
