my son 5 months old from past 3 days waking up every one hour at night

Maybe your breastfeeding is not enough for the child that’s why the child is not keeping full and your child is getting up over and over to take her feeding so it is going to be advisable for you to start giving formula to the child and see your child is going to be full for that much of duration
