Q.

My son ( 5.3kg) 2.5 months old took his 10th week vaccine. Should I give him paracetamol incase he gets fever? Suggest me the name of the drops and dosage

A. if the child has received DPT vaccination you can give Paracetamol to the baby if there is any fever of swelling and it can be repeated after 6 hours if again it is required

A. Yea If there is fever give paracetamol as prescribed by your doctor. see that if there is a pain and little swelling, give a hot compress to baby. Soak a cotton cloth in hot water squeeze it and gently press on injected area. Ensure wzye risnt too hot. Also cold compress czn help baby relax. If there is heavy swelling or puss or heavy redness then immediately you should see your doctor.
