my son 4yr 8m peanut butter is good for him? and how much take 1 day. and he takes 1 ‐ 2 spoon ghee daily

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, it's good. 1 to 2 tsf for day is fine . give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Peanut butter is good but please offer in minimal quantities. Twice in a week is fine. You should not give more than 1 tsp of ghee in a day. Offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Offer all home cooked meals.
