My son 4months old I saw blood in his stool.I’m breastfeed him.is there anything to worry

A. yes blood in stool is not normal and you need to consult with your doctor wants to know about the cause and take appropriate treatment needful avoid giving any outside for till 6 months in case if you have given baby should be exclusively only on breastfeed till 6 month complete
