My Son 4 yera old suffer with fever last night. we are in the journey to Delhi. I have paracitamol syrup. One dose given in the morning 6AM but fever is still same.

A. n c bFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
