#asktheexpert fever came during night and reduced in the morning shall I give paracitamol drops now .

A. no,if in morning tgeur is no tekoratyre dont give paracetomol. yiu can give pcm if temlrature is more tgen 100 F. gi e yiur baby lots of breast feeding. o k
