my son 4 years old has cough is vomiting and not willing to eat anything. What should I do?

That’s probably because of irritation of cough that must have been stuck into the throat of your child so check with your doctor for oral medication and also nebulising the child is going to be benefiting in clearing the congestion with that it would be easier for the child to eat and feed
