Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gdgradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needfs to be managed accordingly.
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please make sure that the baby is well fed and not hungry before going to bed. Also do not let the baby watch TV or mobile atleast one hour before sleeping. Massage baby feet with coconut oil for sound sleep. Indulge the baby in outdoor games so that his energy is channelised.
