NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello yes it is absolutely fine and safe to breastfeed the bay in lying position and is not a problem but be careful such that the position does not choke baby and apart it is absolutely safe and fine to feed the baby in a lying position which is not a problem
