Q.
My son 3yrs is having a slight runny nose and dry cough. he finds it difficult to eat and only wants to eat. if he stays quiet for sometime the cough is slightly better but when he speaks few words, he starts coughing badly. Please suggest some medication?

Please consult your doctor without proper assessment no medication can be suggested for the child seems like a child could be having major congestion into the chest and throat which is why this is happening check with your doctor for proper medication please
