my son 3yrs 1 month old, but he can't speak full sentence (you can't understand what he say). plz give me suggestion what to do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the babies by the age of 3 years will be speaking small sentences of 3 to 4 words if the baby doesn't have proper vocabulary baby's age you had to take the help of a speech therapist
