Q.
my son 3years 1m old boy. but he has weight 12.2 khan only. he is active . but he is in underweight please suggest

Hi mommy Give three meal and two snacks Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
