A. Hai good evening !! Toddlers having leg pain(cramps) is normal as they strains a lot all day playing,busy in activities ,jumping,running... Gentle massage at evenings or night before sleep helps in muscle relaxation,induces good sleep. If kid is complaining frequent leg cramps ,other symptoms like white spots on nails,less growth according to age then might be calcium deficiency ,consult Paediatric Doctor.
