my son 3 yr old, yesterday he was slipped by in floor and fell down on his back side head and swollen in that area little bit and today due to his imporper sitting he fell down from staircase towards downside .. I couldn't able to find where he got pain . if I asked him he said backside head . is there anything to worry serious

Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestaghtions occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated  and can be easily missed out most of the time .
