my son ( 3 year old) is having tiny red spot on his face.he doesn't have any itching.. what might b the reason for this?

A. red rashes and itching is that spreading all over.. maintain hygiene you can use lacto calamine lotion on rashes.. take care.. if spreading better visit the doctor.. as observation needed
