my 10months old has tiny red pimples on his chest , what might be the reason ?it disappears on its own after few hours

Nihita mittalMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. good evening I would recommend you to try applying calamine lotion for a few days if after that also it does not reduce then definitely to something which is to be examined by the doctor once
