My son 2yrs 4months old .he is n’t having food & not even milk . He is crying to start .what to do for him?

A. Hello mom he is slightly old enough , try to ask him the reason for his Crying . Is he having some stomach pain or some sort of discomfort as such as once the reason can he know. Would be easy to guide .
