my son 27 days old is having pimples like things in his face and its seen from 4 days ! its spreading! how could i stop that !

Baby acne is very common.They appear on cheeks,forehead,chin and even sometimes at back These are called milia..they usually clear up within a few weeks Just maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene Wipe baby’s face apply baby cream if still concerned consult your pediatrician
