Q.
My son 21 months old. past two months he withhold his tool. often his tool are constipated. now he is pooping two days once. I already consulted doctor. he suggested some medicine. but he continues doing this. I gave him regularly apple, Banana. now I am worrying his attitude. pls advice.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You should give more liquids to the child and fruits like pear papaya mango peach prune or prune juice can be given to the child and at night time add little desi ghee in his warm milk give half cup of it
