Hello doctor My son age one year past three days onwards his tool is loose watery that too only morning time remaining afternoon and evening tool very normal can you tell me solution

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. watery stool now may be because teething strt calc phosphorus a homopathic medicine for teething.. maintain hygiene use mamy poko pants wet wipes to clean .. keep baby well hydrated
