my son (20months old, 8.5 kg) is having fever no other symptoms from last 14 hours, initial came 99.6, given crocin 1 .2 ml. now fever came 102. please guide us to control fever immediately.

Start cold sponge Immediately to your child on the forehead as well as behind the knees and specially when you do it behind the knees the fever can come down really fast so just try that maybe you’ll get better results and please consult your paediatrician in the morning tomorrow for a better medicine
