my son 2 yr 10 months old... he just stared talking before 2 months ago... recently he stared self talk with himself...and very much talkative.. anything worried about it?

Give your time and attention
Do lots of fun activities together
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
