my son 2 years old now and when he is touch with normal water in his body suddenly for some time his skin showing red rashesh what was the reason pls suggest

A. Few kids have very sensitive skin so keep the temperature of the water normal neither too hot nor cold it should be luke warm and consult a skin specialist and massage your baby well to improve circulation
