My son 2 years 7 months old is having vomitings and watery loose motions since yesterday.I have given vomikind 2.5 ml thrice yesterday and festive mz syrup and sporolac.Vomitings are under control but not loose motions.Please suggest if any antibiotic is required

A. the medicine you are giving is ok along with that you should avoid milk and given to baby to prevent and type of dehydration as loose motion can cause dehydration
