my son 2 years 6months old he is eating cumin seeds for day 3 to 4 spoons is it good for his health , can u suggest

A. Dear ma’am, even though spices like these do contain a lot of nutrients and has medicinal properties consuming in excess is not advisable. Especially for kids it exceeds their daily limit.
