My son 2 year 10months old having 101 fever in the nights,cold and cough from 3 days and not eating solids but feeling hungry and pooped green today . Please suggest the remedy

Ma’am sometimes it is due to cold and cough that despite of the child being hungry they don’t like to eat because there is irritation because of cold and cough you should visit your doctor they’ll help you with medicines which will help him relaxing the child and the problems so that your child can eat well
