Q.

My son ( 1yr 10 months) having collarbone fracture. He fell from kitchen slab. Incident happened on 24th jan 2022. Still swelling is there. Fracture healed for him or not.1st two weeks he didnt use his left hand. Nowa days occasionally he started using his hand. How long it will take to heal ?

A. A broken collarbone, or fractured clavicle, is a common injury. It usually happens after a fall or a blow to the shoulder. It takes about 6 to 8 weeks to heal in adults, and 3 to 6 weeks in children.
