My son 18 months old his mouth and lips fully reddish what can I do

A. Lips Are these find that she is the colour but if there is any rash or anything on the lips then you have to say that precisely that there is some issue and as of now if it is red rash or something you can apply Boroline anti septic and regularly but get a check with your doctor ones
