My son 18 months old getting fever very frequently, almost every month since January'23. Every time we did a full course of medicines as prescribed by pediatrician. Everytime he gets high grade fever. This week he again catches high fever(104). We got his blood reports, urine report, chest xray is normal. Then what is the reason for this high grade fever which is coming every month. currently, we are giving him Pacimol and ibrofen junior for reducing fever. After every 4 hours he is getting fever again. Today is the 3rd day of high grade fever. As a parent, we are very worried. please respond.
