Q.
My son 11 months old recently had severe loose motion due to bacterial infection and was treated with antibiotics. He got well after a month. Due to this he has not put on weight for past 3 months. His weight is 7.9 kg. Please suggest diet to help him put on weight

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis whthere symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose fmotions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
